Ingredients
- 1 Stick butter Softened
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 4 Ounces Bittersweet chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 8 Ounces Cool Whip
- 1 Graham cracker pie crust

Instructions
- Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Melt the chocolate and stir into the butter and sugar
- Add eggs one at a time. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes after each egg.
- Fold in the cool whip.
- Pour filling into pie crust and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
