Ingredients
- 2 eggs lightly scrambled
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 Tbsp mustard spicy brown or dijon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 20 oz broccoli frozen
- 1 sleeve town house crackers
- 1/4 stick butter

- Pour broccoli into a microwave safe bowl. Add 2 Tbsp water. Cover and cook for 3 1/2 mins. Stir. Cover and cook for 3 1/2 mins more. Drain very well!
- In a medium bowl, lightly scramble the eggs. Add the soup, mayo, mustard, and cheese. Stir and set aside.
- Grease your casserole dish with butter. Add the broccoli and the sauce.
- Crush the town house crackers. Sprinkle the crackers over the top. Melt the butter and pour over the top.
- Bake for 35-45 mins in a 350 degree oven
