broccoli

town house crackers

Instructions
Pour broccoli into a microwave safe bowl. Add 2 Tbsp water. Cover and cook for 3 1/2 mins. Stir. Cover and cook for 3 1/2 mins more. Drain very well!
In a medium bowl, lightly scramble the eggs. Add the soup, mayo, mustard, and cheese. Stir and set aside.
Grease your casserole dish with butter. Add the broccoli and the sauce.
Crush the town house crackers. Sprinkle the crackers over the top. Melt the butter and pour over the top.
Bake for 35-45 mins in a 350 degree oven
