Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 1/8 cup milk
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup cold maple syrup
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp yeast

- measure first 5 ingredients
- melt butter in sauce pan
- when butter is melted pour milk in and keep stirring
- when milk is warm sprinkle in salt and cornmeal and keep stirring to avoid lumps
- once cornmeal is mixed in remove from heat and pour in the cold maple syrup and stir
- once you mixed the maple syrup into the pan pour the mixture into the bread machine
- let it cool so it is warm
- pour both flours so it will cover the all the liquid
- sprinkle yeast on top of the flour
- set bread maker to 1 lb sweet light loaf and hit start
