Hot Portuguese Sausage

whipped cream cheese

onion
diced (about 1/2 a large vadalia)

red bell pepper
diced (about 1 medium red pepper)

cup
corn
frozen

clove
garlic

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
While the rice is hot, mix in the cream cheese and 1 1/2 tablespoons of cumin.
Slice the chourico. Cook in a frying pan over medium until browned and cooked through. Add to rice mixture.
In same pan, add the onion, pepper, corn, garlic, and remaining 1/2 tablespoon of cumin. Cook until vegetables are softened. Add to rice mixture.
Put the mixture in a 9×13 baking dish. Add more cumin to taste.
Cook 15 – 25 minutes until warmed through and bubbly.
