Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Shred the potatoes using a food processor.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a frying pan and turn on heat to medium.
- Once the butter is melted, add the potatoes and sprinkle some salt on top.
- When the potatoes have browned on the bottom (about 5 - 7 minutes), add the remaining 2 tablespoons on top and flip the potatoes.
- Wait for the potatoes to brown on the bottom (another 5 - 7 minutes) and then remove them from the pan.
Recipe Notes
I usually use russet potatoes because that is what we usually have in the pantry. However, this recipe would work with almost any type of potato.
