Instructions
Brown the ground beef and set aside.
Sauté onions, carrots, celery, peppers, and garlic in a large soup pot for about 5 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes. Do not drain.
Drain the kidney and adzuki beans and add to pot.
Add the ground beef, corn and spices.
Add 1 cup water. Use more or less to get to the consistency you like.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
